Courses

Q. What is the difference between a course and a program?
A. On this website, we list stand alone courses and courses that are part of a larger program. For example, you may have to take five courses to obtain a certificate in a particular "program". When you link to the detailed information on each course it will tell you whether or not the course is part of a program.
Q. What if I can't find a course on a particular subject?
A. Please let us know! We provide feedback to training institutions on the kinds of courses people like you are looking for. So send us an email or call the CATE Line at 1-866-310-CATE(2283).
Q. What is a course short list?
A. This handy shopping cart feature allows you to put aside courses of interest to you while you browse through the selection of courses. You can then save your list to see the next time you enter the website or you can print your list for future reference.
