1st Aid Standard RC
| This seminar trains the learner how to react, think and improvise when dealing with time-priority, life-threatening emergencies. Content includes prevention, recognition and treatment of airway, breathing and cardiovascular emergencies. Prevention, recognition and treatment of head and spine, musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries, heat and cold emergencies, poisoning, and medical conditions such as diabetes and epilepsy are covered. It also includes certification in Basic Rescuer (Level C) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). | |
